Sancd runs land excavation and grading for homeowners, builders, and property owners across Bentonville, Arkansas and the surrounding Benton County towns. We handle the full earthwork sequence on one crew, from clearing and stripping to cut and fill, trenching, drainage, and final compaction, using hydraulic excavators, dozers, and skid steers with laser and GPS grade control.

How We Work

• We plan around the wet season. Grading and compaction get timed to the weather so the pad holds instead of failing the first hard rain.
• We compact to spec. Structural fill goes in lifts and gets tested to 95 percent Proctor density, the number your foundation needs.
